task and scope.
The goal was to redesign the iOS and Android applications while strengthening key product metrics, including conversion, retention, and user engagement. The scope included improving core user journeys, refining the overall UX/UI, and introducing new mechanics to support product growth.

my role and impact.
I led the redesign of the mobile application, improving UX and UI across key user scenarios and aligning the experience with product goals. By analyzing user behavior and identifying growth opportunities, I helped refine product logic and engagement patterns.
I also initiated and designed a new competitive feature, Clash, defining its UX logic, interfaces, and interaction states, and supporting the handoff to development. The introduction of this mechanic strengthened user engagement, contributed to increased monetization, and made the overall mobile experience clearer, more engaging, and performance-driven.
