The goal was to design the product and service interface from scratch, ensuring a clear and intuitive experience for both artists and collectors. The solution needed to support complex user flows, accommodate different user roles, and establish a scalable foundation for future product growth.
my role & impact.
I led the end-to-end design of the web platform and mobile experience, defining user flows for different user types and validating key solutions through usability testing. Based on insights, I refined both UX logic and UI systems, developed a cohesive visual language, and prepared production-ready designs for development.
The result was a complete, scalable product with clear interaction logic, a consistent visual system, and intuitive user journeys — ready to compete in the NFT platform market.
