IQ Desk is an internal B2B platform for task and process management, designed as an alternative to Jira. The platform supports multiple user roles, interfaces, and access levels, enabling collaboration between internal teams and external partners within a single system.


task and scope.
The goal was to design the platform from scratch, taking into account diverse workflows and collaboration scenarios between internal teams and partner organizations. The solution needed to support role-based access, flexible interfaces, and scalableF clear separation of responsibilities while remaining scalable and easy to adopt.


my role and impact.
I conducted user interviews with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand their workflows, pain points, and collaboration needs. Based on these insights, I designed user flows and information architecture tailored to different roles, created wireframes, and developed the final UI.
I validated key solutions through usability testing, iterated on interfaces based on feedback, and designed a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability. As a result, IQ Desk evolved into a structured B2B platform with clearly separated roles and interfaces, significantly improving collaboration efficiency between teams and partners.
