IQ Dream is an internal mobile application designed for company employees, bringing together work processes, internal services, and office infrastructure into a single digital ecosystem. The product supports work calendars, meetings, and events, as well as interaction with internal company services such as office facilities, bonus programs, and building access.
task and scope.
The objective was to design an MVP mobile application from scratch that unifies work-related and internal company services, simplifies communication between employees, and makes everyday office processes more transparent and convenient. The solution needed to establish a solid foundation for future scaling and ecosystem growth.
my role and impact.
I worked on the product end-to-end, from the initial concept to MVP delivery. I defined the core UX logic and user scenarios, designing interfaces for key work-related features, including personal employee calendars, meeting and event organization with flexible invitation settings, and access to information about employees, teams, and projects.
In parallel, I designed user flows for internal office services and developed the UI in alignment with the company’s brand book and design guidelines. I collaborated closely with the development team throughout implementation, refining logic, interaction states, and interface details. The result was a cohesive MVP that successfully unified work processes and office infrastructure within a single mobile product, laying the groundwork for future scaling and continued evolution of the company’s digital ecosystem.
